FAQs
What photos work best?
Anything from your phone works. For crisp prints, use the original photo, not a screenshot or a WhatsApp-forwarded copy.
Can I see a preview before you print?
Yes. You see a live preview while you customise, and for magazines we email you the full layout to approve before printing.
How long does it take?
Most things ship in 2–5 days. Magazines take 6–9 days because we lay them out by hand. Delivery adds 2–5 days depending on your pincode.
Is it gift-ready?
Everything ships in a kraft sleeve or box with tissue paper and no invoice inside, so you can send it straight to someone else.
Something arrived damaged. What now?
Send us a photo of it within 7 days and we'll reprint it at no cost.
