REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Personalised products

Every item is printed to order with your photos, so we cannot accept returns for change of mind, for photos you chose, or for low-resolution images we warned you about.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund until your order goes into printing, usually within 12 hours of ordering. Email info.thenostalgicnook@gmail.com with your order number. Once printing has started, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged, wrong or misprinted items

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, email info.thenostalgicnook@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will reprint and resend it at no cost, or refund you if you prefer.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. The time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank.

Non-delivery

If your order has not arrived within 15 days of dispatch, contact us and we will trace it with the courier. Lost parcels are reprinted or refunded in full.
